1. Submit a form to Student Service Centre
1. If your last medical report submitted to ICA is two years ago, go to Wellness Centre and do Medical test to get a new Medical Report (only X-ray and HIV test)
2. Wait for Medical Report
2. Wait for email from Registration Office telling you to apply for student pass via SOLAR
3. Apply via SOLAR online
4. Wait for approval. You will be informed by an email Registration Office
5. Collect approval letter from ICA at Student Service Centre.
6. With this letter, your passport, a photocopy of passport, 1 passport-size photo, Medical Report, old student pass & multi-entry visa,
1. go to ICA, during weekdays from 8am to 2pm
1. get a Q-no from a kiosk machine near counter 7
2. go to counter 4-9 when called
3. submit all the materials to officer
4. wait until about 1pm, collect new student pass at counter 19 (u might be told the student pass is ready from 2pm-4pm)
2. OR submit your materials to Student Service Centre, and wait for about 2 weeks and collect at the same place

首先要把自行车卸掉，装在一个扁扁长长的箱子里，纸箱即可，没有此类箱子可以从自行车专卖店里讨，反正他们都是要扔掉的（或者卖几分钱:P)，给你也无所谓。注意装箱子的时候要用一些泡沫或者报纸等软物包裹易摩擦到的部件，防止自行车被挤压坏。同时要固定好自行车。

其次，到机场，坐机场大巴比较方便，车下面都有放大件行李的空间，打车，由于行李过大反而很不方便。

到机场后，托运的自行车因为体积过大，不能放入行李带进行扫描和搬运，服务小姐会征得上级同意然后给你单独办理托运（注意不能超重，体积超过还OK）。这里我有一个疑惑，我当时托运时并没有打开或扫描我的箱子，他们不害怕万一里面是炸药或军火之类的么？所以，也要做好箱子被打开检查的心理准备。

到目的地后，同样由于行李体积过大，不能从行李带出来，你需要到指定地点领取，新加坡机场指示是odd-size luggage。

行李过大，同样会面临普通taxi不能运的问题，新加坡机场有可以放大件行李的面包车，据说全岛都是35块，我当时就用了这个面包车。如果精力好，机场现场装起来骑车回家也行。
