1. Submit a form to Student Service Centre
1. If your last medical report submitted to ICA is two years ago, go to Wellness Centre and do Medical test to get a new Medical Report (only X-ray and HIV test)
2. Wait for Medical Report
2. Wait for email from Registration Office telling you to apply for student pass via SOLAR
3. Apply via SOLAR online
4. Wait for approval. You will be informed by an email Registration Office
5. Collect approval letter from ICA at Student Service Centre.
6. With this letter, your passport, a photocopy of passport, 1 passport-size photo, Medical Report, old student pass & multi-entry visa,
1. go to ICA, during weekdays from 8am to 2pm
1. get a Q-no from a kiosk machine near counter 7
2. go to counter 4-9 when called
3. submit all the materials to officer
4. wait until about 1pm, collect new student pass at counter 19 (u might be told the student pass is ready from 2pm-4pm)
2. OR submit your materials to Student Service Centre, and wait for about 2 weeks and collect at the same place
